Biophilia
Perched on a quiet glen on the island of Serifos,
PERMA SERIFOS echoes minimal, monosyllabic
architecture that eases the eye and becomes
one with the landscape.
Designed by the acclaimed Mold Architects
it is a holistic architect’s dream, blending
seamlessly into its natural surroundings.
Strategically utilizing biophilic principles, Perma
Serifos incorporates natural elements to
enhance physical and mental health, creating a
sanctuary of comfort and serenity.
Crafted from reclaimed stone and sustainable
materials, its cavernous spaces are submerged
into the natural tapestry, opening up to the
wilderness and the infinite blue of the Aegean
in the most charismatic archipelago of the
world.
Perma Serifos as an architecture
Inspired by Biophilic design with bioclimatic principles to evade the perils of climate change,
Perma Serifos embodies a deeply sensitive style of architecture that celebrates the luxury of natural, organic hospitality.
Every single space is designed to comprise of everything that the island is and is made of;
all the natural elements are present – wind, water, rock, earth, reed. The physicality of spaces gives a palpable sense of augmentation where interconnected spaces are perceived both as a whole and independent units.
Mindful Architecture is upstaging the landscape, suffusing the spaces with perfect luminescence, where a multiple of structures and Cycladic motifs are organically moulded into powerful impressions.
