Reservation Policy

Standard payment policy:

4. Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 45 days before arrival unless otherwise specified.
5. At time of booking 50% of the total cost will be pre-paid. Balance to be paid at least 2 working days before arrival.
6. If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 45 days before your arrival, then there is no extra charge and any prepayments are refundable.
7. If you cancel 45 days before your arrival or later, no refunds will apply.
   In case of no-show, early departure, or arrival after the date of booking, 100% of the remaining stay will also be charged.

Non-refundable policy:

1. Payment of full amount at time of booking. No refunds will apply. 1
2. 100% of the remaining stay will be charged in case of no-show, early departure, or late arrival beyond the booked check-in date.
3. No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
4. No refunds available.

– Check-in time: 3:00 PM

– Check-out time: 11:00 AM

– Early check in or Late check-out may be available upon request at an additional charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Reservations & Booking
   • When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the General Provisions, and the Reservation Policy.
   • When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you understand that our houses are located in Serifos Island.
   • The reservations are not transferable.
   • Special terms of offer will be applicable for the respective bookings, and in case of conflict, the terms of such special offers will prevail.
   • Our services/ experience packages offered are subject to availability and will be confirmed in full at the time of arrival of the guest. We reserve the right to cancel the packages offered. In case of cancellation due to non availability, the guest will be compensated accordingly.
     
     
2. Check-in & Conduct
   • Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time of arrival in the houses.
   • Social gatherings, parties, or events exceeding the registered number of guests are strictly prohibited
   • Perma Serifos reserves the right to send guests away from their room/house due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, or medical reasons. This applies if guests express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass, or endanger other guests. No refunds will apply.
   • Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety, and security aspects of Perma Serifos and its personnel at any point in time.
   • Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the guest. The guest should always adhere to the safety, security, and hygiene advice duly provided by Perma Serifos and should avoid breaching the same.
   • All the assets and valuables of the houses/rooms should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. Perma Serifos has the discretion to levy charges if proven beyond doubt that damage/destruction has been caused by the guest.
     
     
3. Cancellation & No-show
   • In the event of a no-show, the total reservation fee (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer.
     
     
4. Liability & Safety
   • You acknowledge that during a retreat or experience package or service you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts or Perma Serifos, and, insofar as legally permissible, forfeit your right to any cause of action against Perma Serifos arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during the activity.
   • You agree to be responsible for your own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconveniences, illnesses, injuries, emotional trauma, or death.
   • You certify that you are physically fit and have not been advised against participating in any activity/experience/retreat arranged by Perma Serifos or retreat host.
   • You certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems that preclude your participation in any and all activities/retreats arranged by the retreat hosts.
   • Perma Serifos does not undertake any liability for any food consumed during the stay or during a retreat.
   • We do not take any responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen, or misplaced whilst in the houses/rooms.
   • Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or alternatively, we can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.
     
     
5. Adults-Only Policy
   • Perma Serifos accepts reservations for children aged 12 years and older. Guests arriving with children under 12 will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued.
   • However, in the case of a full hotel occupancy booking (all 5 houses) by a single group or family, this restriction does not apply.
   • Liability Waiver: Perma Serifos waives all responsibility for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or fatalities involving minors during their stay. The supervising adults assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all children on the premises.
     
     
6. Legal & Policy Changes
   • Perma Serifos reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be available on our website.
   • In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.
   • Perma Serifos does its best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory. However, Perma Serifos does not accept any liability for any financial loss, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbances, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, bad weather, insect bite, floods, acts of God, acts of government or authorities, changes to government regulations, accidents, equipment failures, maintenance requirements, or industrial action.
     
     
7. Media & Promotional Use
   • You hereby grant Perma Serifos the right and permission to use photos & videos in which you are featured and were taken during a retreat. We hold the right to use this material for advertising and promotional purposes. You hereby release and discharge Perma Serifos from any claims and demands arising out of the use of the photographs and footage, including but not limited to claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
     
     
8. Waiver & Release
   • Guests waive any claims against Perma Serifos, its employees, and affiliates for any incidents, injuries, or losses occurring during their stay. Guests agree that this release shall be legally binding upon you personally and all members of your family.
     
     
9. First-Year Operational Disclaimer
   • As Perma Serifos is launching its first operational summer in 2025, we are continuously working to refine our facilities and services. While we strive to provide an exceptional experience, guests acknowledge that some aspects of the retreat may still be in the final stages of completion.
   • Perma Serifos will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused due to unforeseen delays, minor unfinished elements, or adjustments needed during this initial season.

General Provisions

1. By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by us, your stay subsequently shall be subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Hotel.
2. You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions as provided on the website www.perma-serifos.com shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and Perma Serifos in relation to any and all commercial arrangement including reservation, stay, payment, usage of facilities, etc. of whatsoever nature.
3. Perma Serifos may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if they are of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
4. Guest voluntarily agrees and permits our representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to ascertain the details of the guest.
5. Perma Serifos shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. You shall indemnify and hold Perma Serifos harmless in respect of any liability, loss, physical injury , damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in our accommodation.
7. Perma Serifos shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the guest as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by us.
8. Perma Serifos does not accept any liability for any failure by us to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. If Perma Serifos waives any rights available to it under these conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.
